A little about the Borzoi
The Borzoi is also known as the "Russian Wolfhound". It is a hound that can reach huge speeds and is prone to chase smaller animals. They can make excellent companions and are very sensitive, but can also be independent and reserved.

The Borzoi may be predisposed to the following health conditions: Gastric Torsion (bloat), Cardiomyopathy, Hypothyroidism, and Degenerative Myelopathy. They can also be sensitive to barbiturate anaesthesia.
