A little about the Egyptian Pharaoh Hound

The Pharaoh Hound is an agile, fast breed. They need a large amount of exercise and can be prone to chase smaller animals. Whilst they have some 'cat-like' qualities and can be aloof, they are loving and affectionate to their families.

The Egyptian Pharaoh Hound is a healthy breed overall and less commonly seen health concerns include Patella Luxation, Canine Hip Dysplasia, and Hypothyroidism.
