The Ibizan Hound is an enthusiastic dog that loves to exercise and can jump to extraordinary heights. Due to this, they can be prone to escape, so require a secure yard. Despite this ability to escape, they have a loving, affectionate temperament. 

 

IBIZAN HOUND HEALTH INFORMATION

Overall, the Ibizan Hound is a healthy dog. Health conditions seen less frequently in this breed include seizures, skin allergies, deafness, eye disorders (Retinal Atrophy, Cataracts) and a neuromuscular disease known as Axonal Dystrophy.
