A little about the Plott Hound

 

The Plott Hound was traditionally bred to trail quarry and, as such, still love long walks, hunting and swimming. However, they also make excellent companions, being faithful and eager to please. At times headstrong, they can be intimidating to other small family pets. 

 

 

PLOTT HOUND HEALTH INFORMATION

The Plott Hound is a sturdy robust breed, with few inherited health conditions. Occasionally Canine Hip Dysplasia can be seen.
