A little about the Samoyed


The Samoyed prefers to be with their owner or family. They are not suited to kennelling nor being left along. Their personable friendly disposition means they thrive in human company. They enjoy training, and their alert nature also makes them a good watchdog.  



Samoyeds can display the following health concerns: Hip Dysplasia, Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Aortic, and Pulmonic Stenosis, Diabetes, and Hypothyroidism.
